1. Agreement
By signing up for and using AnnotationData ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a supported region (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand) to use the platform. You must provide accurate information and pass our qualification and identity verification (KYC) process.
3. Use of the platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not share your account, submit false or misleading work, circumvent our systems, or use the platform in any way that harms us or other users. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.
4. Work and payment
Tasks are paid according to the rates shown on the platform. Payment is made via the withdrawal method we support (e.g. crypto). We reserve the right to reject low-quality work and to withhold or claw back payment in case of fraud or policy violation.
5. Intellectual property
You grant us the rights necessary to use your submissions (e.g. annotations) for operating and improving the platform and related services. Our platform, branding, and content remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or revenue beyond the amount we have paid you in the past 12 months.
7. Changes and contact
